Since
our first user conference in 2000, we have been putting on a
conference almost every year for our customers. It has been
extremely useful to CSI and to our customers. The 2004 conference
was held in Chicago and the weather was not to good. Therefore,
based on customer insistence, the 2005 user conference was held
in Orlando. The 2007 User conference was held in May at the
Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas.
Because
we want to get open and frank comments from our customers, the
conference is open only to customers. If someone is having a
problem, we want to hear it. We can't fix it if we don't know
it exists. If there were prospects around it might inhibit someone
from speaking their mind.
The
conference consists of in depth classes on Visual Shop. Classes
cover everything from new user implementation to advanced report
writing. In addition we have guest speakers. We have classes
for everyone. We also host various functions so that we all
can get together and learn from each other.
