Marshall
Handelsman: President and Founder of CSI -
Marshall Handelsman has been developing software for heat treating
and finishing shops for over 25 years. In 1979 he created and installed
his first system for a large finishing / heat treating shop located
in Northern New Jersey. For
several years he was the Manager of Information Services for Lindberg
Corporation, the nations largest commercial heat treater. Prior
to that, he was Manager of Industrial Data Systems for the Barber
Colman Company.
When he started CSI
in 1993, he had already written two shop management programs and
had installed over 35 management systems for the industries he currently
serves. Visual Shop was to be his third management program.
Becki Hastings:
Vice President of Operations - Prior to joining CSI in 1996,
Becki spent over 8 years working for a large finishing / heat treating
shop located in Northern New Jersey.
Becki is uniquely
qualified to help you get the most out of Visual Shop. She has been
involved in over 300 installations of Visual Shop. From small to
large shops. From family owned companies to large corporate operations.
From single sites to multi-plant. From North America to Australia
with stops in Europe. Becki has helped all of them maximize their
return on their Visual Shop investment.

Jim Ory: Manager
Software development - Jim manages our software development
group. He has been with CSI for over 8 years.
